Job Title: Clinical Aesthetic Nurse & Patient Care Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic, English-speaking Clinical Nurse who is not only skilled with a needle but also possesses a natural talent for patient communication, care education, and sales consultation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Excellence: Assist the lead doctor during advanced stem cell and secretome therapies. Safely and confidently perform IV insertions and blood draws.
- Patient Consultation & Sales: Act as the first point of contact for potential high-net-worth clients via WhatsApp and Email. Educate them on our therapies, build trust, and persuasively guide them to book their treatments.
- Patient Education & Aftercare: Educate patients and families on health management, treatment protocols, and aftercare guidelines to ensure optimal long-term results.
- Clinical Environment Management: Ensure a clean, safe, sterile, and comfortable environment for patients in accordance with premium healthcare and medical spa standards.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with the healthcare team and resort management to deliver the best possible patient outcomes and luxury experience.
- Administrative Support: Manage patient scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain accurate digital medical records.
Requirements:
- Female, maximum 30 years old.
- Holds a valid Nursing Degree (D3/S1 Keperawatan) and an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).
- Experienced nurse; a minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience is preferred (experience in medical aesthetics, IV lounges, or premium medical tourism is a major plus).
- Exceptional skill and absolute confidence in finding veins for IV therapy and fluid administration.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (Mandatory).
- Pleasant, well-groomed, and professional appearance suitable for a luxury wellness environment.
- Warm, empathetic, highly communicative, and able to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive, hospitality-driven, and proactive mindset.
