People Partner
Level : Staff
Years of working tenure : Minimum 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end talent acquisition process; from creating job ad, screening candidates, pre-interview, profiling, user-interview scheduling, until onboarding.
- Act as people team go-to-person for the assigned team or department, for all people related inquiries.
- Identify, assess, evaluate and propose intervention initiative recommendation for mitigating under performer and optimizing high performer in the organization.
- Establish and maintain proper internal culture engagement activities based on data-driving information to enforce proper and healthy working environment.
- Ideate and create employer branding initiatives to boost sourcing output quality and support company brand identity utilizing all social media platform.
Requirements:
- Full English proficiency.
- Minimum 2 years experience in People/HR team with at least 1 year of recruitment exposure. Bachelor degree in Psychology is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia & English, verbal or written, casual or formal.
- Great working pace and endurance, can juggle from delivering 2-3 in-depth interviews and managing multiple projects within 8 hours of regular daily working hours.
- Naturally people person and well groomed. Love to be the center of attention and have strong confidence to represent the organization.
