qualification :
- Strong understanding of HC strategy, Talent management, performance management, and organizational development. Minimum experience 2 years in HC strategy or Organization Development function
- Ability to work closely with leaders and employees to achieve business results.

- Good interpersonal and consulting skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HC Policy, Business accumen for Logistics/forwarding company
Key Responsibilities;
- Become a strategic partner for leaders and employees, aligning HR strategy with business goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR issues such as performance management, talent maangement, and organizational development.
- Drive HC initiatives and projects to improve company performance .
- Support the development and implementation of HC policies and procedures.
- Monitor and improve employee engagement and retention strategies
