What You’ll Do:

• Bring great talent on board: Support the full recruitment journey, from sourcing and interviews to a warm, smooth onboarding experience.
• Help our people grow: Organize learning and development programs that keep our team learning and leveling up.
• Keep performance on track: Assist with performance review cycles, track KPIs, and help managers and employees have meaningful feedback conversations.
• Keep things fair and compliant: Make sure our HR practices stay aligned with labor regulations and company policies.
• Be the go-to person: Be a trusted partner for employees, and help us build a collaborative, innovative, and digital-first culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist or People Partner.
• Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with HRIS is a plus.
