Your Role: People Ops Intern
What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintain and update the HRIS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment details, and performance data
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and departing employees
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Compile and analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and inform decision-making on people initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Finance related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel and is also effectively good with data/numbers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and resourceful, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges and initiatives.
