We are looking for a driven People Operations Specialist who can create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
Manage and assist the People Operations team in full-cycle operations, including on-boarding/off-boarding, payroll, leave management, and engagement support.
Maintain our HR database to ensure all employee data are up to date with relevant supporting documents.
Develop innovative and resourceful ways of streamlining People Operations processes to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Establish internal controls and measures to track and complete documentation for audit.
Culture ambassador in Rate. Provide an engaging and stellar People Operations experience for the Rate team.
Support in other People-related duties and projects when required.
Min. Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resource Management, Enhanced Human Resource Skills, Psychology, Business or related field
Min. 1 - 3 Years experience in People Operations, Human Resources or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation
Highly driven and responsible; able to handle end-to-end ownership of projects and responsibilities
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
Process-oriented, meticulous with good attention to detail
Proactive and keen to be part of an exciting team to drive change
Solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering Southeast Asia.
