WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Menjadi approachable listening point bagi employee dan memahami employee experience secara aktif.
- Melakukan regular check-in, observation, dan simple wellbeing pulse untuk menangkap employee needs dan recurring concerns.
- Mengidentifikasi pattern terkait wellbeing, workload, energy, engagement, team dynamics, dan workplace experience.
- Melakukan research terkait human wellbeing, behavioral science, energy management, psychometrics, recovery, dan relevant wellbeing approaches lainnya.
- Mengubah insight dan research menjadi practical wellbeing initiatives, education, campaign, atau employee activities.
- Mengembangkan dan menjalankan People Experience & Wellbeing programs berdasarkan actual employee needs.
- Menghubungkan employee dengan HC, leader, TOD, atau relevant professional resources ketika dibutuhkan.
- Bekerja closely dengan Talent & Organization Development (TOD) untuk memastikan employee tidak hanya terus berkembang, tetapi juga memiliki capacity untuk grow dan perform sustainably.
- Monitor feedback dan effectiveness dari wellbeing initiatives serta memberikan recommendation untuk improvement.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree - All Majors are welcome.
- Background Psychology, HR, Hospitality, Education, Communication, Social Sciences, Wellness, Sports, atau people-related field menjadi nilai tambah.
- Professional wellbeing certification is not required.
- Memiliki strong empathy dan active listening skill.
- Approachable, observant, dan genuinely interested in people.
- Curious terhadap human behavior, employee experience, dan wellbeing.
- Suka belajar, research, dan mengeksplorasi evidence-informed approaches.
- Proactive dan comfortable untuk mengubah ideas menjadi action.
- Memiliki communication, coordination, dan basic facilitation skill yang baik.
- Mampu menjaga confidentiality dan professional boundaries.
- Comfortable bekerja dan berkolaborasi dengan berbagai team.
- Experience dari HR, L&D, hospitality, wellness center, fitness/lifestyle, education, customer/guest experience, community, maupun people-facing environment lainnya akan menjadi nilai tambah.
