Job Descriptions:
- Identify employee development needs and design programs to improve skills, competencies, and overall performance.
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate training programs based on organizational and employee needs.
- Support performance evaluation processes, monitor employee development, and provide follow-up recommendations.
- Assist in developing career paths, competency frameworks, and succession planning to support employee growth.
- Develop and implement initiatives that improve employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in People Development, Learning & Development, HR, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of training, employee development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
