Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis, develop & implement learning strategies, and evaluate program effectiveness
- Design career development plans, succession planning, and competency frameworks to support employee growth
- Develop and execute engagement strategies, organize internal events, and campaign a positive work culture
- Develop content and communication strategies to enhance employer branding
- Track engagement and development metrics, provide data-driven insights, and optimize learning outcomes
- Ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are effectively implemented across all divisions, aligning with organizational goals and driving measurable improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Management SDM
- Preferably having 1 year of experience in People Development, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent analytical thinking, interpersonal communication, and public speaking skills
- Proactive, ambitious, and persistent
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines
- Internet savvy
