Job description for People Development Officer at Pt Creatorz Media Network
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Design, develop, and implement employee training and development programs.
- Conduct training needs analysis and identify areas for competency improvement.
- Organize and manage training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify employee development needs.
- Develop innovative and engaging training materials.
- Maintain training databases and compile reports related to employee development programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in People Development or employee training.
- Excellent communication skills and effective presentation abilities.
- Experience in designing and implementing training programs.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Detail-oriented with good project management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
