Minimum Requirements:
- Work experience in HR roles
Min. of 2 years people operations management (generalist)
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Capability to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
- Ability to implementing strategies to enhance a positive and employee development .
- Understanding and compliance with local and national employment regulations.
- A good command of English (spoken and written)
- A self-starter who is able to deliver quality outcomes at speed
- Highly adaptable and personally organised
Job description:
- Handle HR administrative tasks
- Oversee the recruitment process
- Demonstrate strong people management skills by diagnosing the needs of employees, teams, and the organization as a whole
- Create and implement comprehensive people plans that address talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, retention, and engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance issues, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
- Conduct training sessions on HR topics, such as onboarding, performance reviews, and diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and practices.
- Stay updated on HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the organization.
