Job Description
Learning & Talent Development
- Develop and implement structured learning and development programs for employees
- Build learning journeys, IDPs, mentoring, and practical development activities for emerging leaders and high-potential talents.
- Evaluate development progress and provide recommendations for further development.
Performance & People Insight
- Maintain and analyze employee performance data to identify strengths, development needs, and emerging people concerns.
- Support Performance Review follow-ups and provide meaningful people insights to the P&C Manager.
Recruitment
- Handle recruitment for technical and middle-level & below positions based on business needs.
- Manage sourcing, screening, initial interviews, candidate communication, and recruitment coordination.
- Build and maintain talent pools for recurring operational roles.
Employee Experience
- Conduct regular employee check-ins and support employee listening initiatives.
- Identify early signs of engagement, performance, or interpersonal concerns and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
- Maintain an updated overview of employee relations issues, particularly across our Bali stations.
Job Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in People & Culture, HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding and practical experience in Learning & Development frameworks, including competency development, learning journeys, IDPs, mentoring/coaching, and development evaluation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with employees and managers across different functions.
- Analytical and highly organized, with the ability to turn people and performance data into practical insights and follow-up actions.
- Good English communication skills are an advantage, particularly for working with international stakeholders and preparing professional documents or learning materials.
- Placement: Bali.
