People & Culture Officer
- LATAR BELAKANG PENDIDIKAN WAJIB MIN. S1 PSIKOLOGI
- Promote and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and promote company culture and values initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and employee engagement.
- Identify training and development needs through job analysis, employee appraisals, and consultation with managers.
- Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs and materials.
- Coordinate and manage training schedules, venues, logistics, and participants.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance assessments.
- Collaborate with external training providers and consultants as needed.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
- Develop, execute, and manage campaigns to promote company values to employees through various media, events, and other platforms.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage company events, including employee engagement activities, team-building events, and corporate celebrations.
- Support HR or GA activities as needed.
