What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, offers, on boarding, off boarding)
- Manage periodic performance reviews
- Support employee development through training and growth planning
- Organize and facilitate internal meetings and company-wide events
- Foster team bonding through engaging activities and celebrations
- Oversee office facilities and day-to-day operations
- Ensure company assets are well-maintained and properly utilized
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and team dynamics
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture
- Initiate and implement people-first strategies that strengthen our values and workplace experience
What you'll need:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or similar roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
- Passionate about culture-building and employee experience
- Previous experience in a startup or dynamic team environment is a plus
