What You’ll Learn

What You’ll Do
- Assist in screening and coordinating interview schedules.
- Help maintain recruitment databases and HR documentation.
- Assist in onboarding preparation (welcome kits, admin, orientation support).
- Support general People & Culture operations and administrative tasks.
- Support employer branding activities (content prep, documentation, engagement).
What We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduate or final-year student (Psychology, HR, Management, or related fields).
- Energetic, fast learner, and proactive in communication.
- Interested in people operations and recruitment.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Able to commit full-time for the internship period.
- Comfortable working in a creative and fast-paced environment.
