Job description for People & Culture Intern at Compas.co.id

Job Descriptions:

  1. Assist the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  2. Create engaging content for employer branding on social media platforms (tiktok,IG).
  3. Organize HR files and update internal databases.
  4. Assist with administrative tasks related to HR programs and employee engagement activities.
  5. Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Gamma, Canva AI, Notion AI, etc.) to improve productivity and streamline HR processes.
  6. Explore opportunities to automate repetitive HR tasks.
  7. Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in HR workflows and candidate experience.

Requirements:

  1. Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. Strong interest in Recruitment, Employer Branding, and People Development.
  3. Familiar with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Gamma, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
  4. Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  7. Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office.
  8. Available for a minimum internship period of 3–6 months.
