As an People & Culture Associate, you will play a key role in attracting the right talents, supporting employee growth, and building a positive, people-centered work culture. This role helps ensure our people processes grow together with the business in a practical and continuously improving way.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, ready to take ownership, and wants hands-on exposure in People & Culture beyond administrative work.

What You’ll Be Up To:

  • Manage talent acquisition end-to-end, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role needs, align expectations, and ensure hiring decisions support both skill and culture fit.
  • Support people performance processes by tracking goals and organizing performance inputs to support continuous improvement and clear performance standards.
  • Observe daily people processes, gather feedback from interactions, and help identify opportunities to improve how teams work together.
  • Build and run culture initiatives through programs that reflect Lencir’s values and ways of working, strengthening engagement and connection across teams.
  • Maintain people data and documentation to support accurate reporting and smooth people operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome. Prior experience or internship in HR, Recruitment, or People Operations is a plus.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition, people development, and workplace culture.
  • Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with different stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude and a sense of responsibility in daily work.
  • Curious and motivated to learn and grow continuously.
