Memiliki keterampilan dalam budidaya buah / durian
Siap bekerja di lapangan mengurus perkebuanan durian mulai dari pemupukan, penyemprotan, pengobatan hingga panen)
Jujur, Disiplin, Teliti, dan bertanggung jawab
Bersedia menginap di Mess
