Job description for Pengembangan Komunitas / Community Development Staff at PT. Cahaya Ajaib Nusantara

Location: Pluit, North Jakarta

Job Description

As a Community Development Staff, you will be responsible for building and growing an active community by engaging with members, organizing community activities, and creating content that enhances member participation and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and engage with community members through group chats and online platforms.

- Respond to member inquiries and maintain active daily communication within the community.

- Create and post promotional advertisements, discount information, announcements, videos, and other engaging materials in community groups.

- Create simple graphic designs and promotional content using Canva or similar design tools.

- Develop creative ideas and organize online and offline community engagement activities.

- Source, negotiate, and coordinate with venues and partners for community events, such as football competitions, gatherings, and other activities.

- Coordinate event logistics and communicate event details to community members.

- Monitor community feedback and recommend new initiatives to improve member engagement and retention.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of community campaigns and events.

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative, proactive, and able to generate new ideas for community engagement.

- Able to create simple graphic designs and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.

- Comfortable creating and sharing promotional content, videos, and other community materials.

- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.

- Experience in community management, customer engagement, event coordination, or social media is preferred.

- Passionate about building communities and creating meaningful member experiences.

- Willing to work onsite in Pluit, North Jakarta.
