QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum Diploma (D3) qualification in any field of study.
- At least five years of professional experience in Facility Management, Building Management, Hospitality, Banking, or Services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong report-writing and documentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Well-groomed, with excellent personal hygiene and a strong commitment to service excellence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct thorough pre-opening and closing inspections to ensure that all work areas meet the required standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and operational readiness in accordance with established SOPs.
- Oversee the performance of front-line personnel, including waiters, receptionists, and housekeepers, to ensure consistently smooth, professional, and high-quality service delivery.
- Inventory and Logistics Management: Monitor the availability of supplies, conduct regular inspections of operational equipment, and ensure that all inventory is properly maintained and readily available for use.
- Scheduling and Shift Management: Develop and manage daily work schedules, shift allocations, and annual leave arrangements to optimise staffing levels and maintain operational efficiency.
- Training and Performance Evaluation: Deliver comprehensive training for new staff, lead daily operational briefings, and conduct regular performance evaluations to support continuous improvement and employee development.
- Team Development and Motivation: Ensure that all staff comply with company policies and procedures while fostering a harmonious, collaborative, and productive working environment.
- Administration and Profitability Optimisation: Prepare comprehensive periodic operational reports for management while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, improve service quality, and maximise overall profitability.
