Minimal D3/S1, diutamakan jurusan Teknologi Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, Teknik Elektro/Telekomunikasi, Logistik, Selain Teknik namun memiliki keahlian di Bidang Telematik atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun di bidang Call Center, Command Center, Helpdesk, atau bidang sejenis.
Memimpin dan mengoordinasikan keseluruhan tim/regu operasional.
Menyusun dan memastikan SOP dan escalation flow berjalan lancar.
Melakukan monitoring terhadap SLA, KPI, dan performa masing-masing regu.
Menangani dan mengoordinasikan insiden yang bersifat kritis/major dengan stakeholder terkait.
Menyusun laporan performa harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
Mengambil keputusan terkait operasional dan kebutuhan sumber daya.
