- Pria
- Usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Pendidikan min SMK Bangunan / D3 Teknik Sipil
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di Proyek Konstruksi & Perumahan min. 1 Tahun
- Menguasai Microsoft Office dan AutoCad
- Mengerti dan menguasai pengukuran tanah
- Memahami Administrasi Project
- Mampu membuat perhitungan RAB/RAP
- Kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang baik kepada tim maupun klien
- Jujur dan teliti, serta bertanggung jawab memperhatikan detail terkecil dan memiliki kemampuan mengorganisir
- Bersedia ditempatkan di luar kota
