2. Pengalaman min. 1 thn sbg. pengawas proyek (interior)

3. menguasai AutoCad/ SketchUp

4. bisa membaca gambar secara detail

5. mampu membuat planing kerja, berkordinasi dan evaluasi proyek

6. mampu menghitung volume pekerjaan serta progress proyek

7. bisa mengarahkan dan mengatur pekerja di proyek

8. bisa bekerja secara individu dan team

9. bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas luar kota jika dibutuhkan
