1. Responsible on making plans and supervise the activity on the field so that the project can be finished on time
2. Mastered software project and estimation project
3. Skilled on planning, budgeting, monitoring, project implementation dan project scope. Have a good skilled management construction, supply management, quality & target oriented
5. Implement job checking in the framework of handover
6. Have a strong leadership, a good interpersonal communication, skilled on strategic planning, problem solving
7. Can make good decisions and work well in team whether individual
8. Understand the budget of project construction
9. Make sure that the quality of the work in accordance with the standard
10. Checking mandor/ the craftsman on work/ QC report/ inspector
11. Supervise all personel who is on the site or project
12. Understand safety and work health (K3)
13. Must have a driving license and be able to drive a manual car
14. Priority is given to electrical engineering and civil engineering graduates
15. Willing to be placed in Kalimantan
16. Able to work with a team
17. Preference will be given to those who already have a Ministry of Manpower certification for working at heights, a general K3 certificate and an electrical certification.
