- Usia 25 – 35 Tahun.

- Diutamakan domisili wilayah JABODETABEK

- Minimal SMK jurusan Bangunan

- Berkelakuan baik

- Memahami manajemen lapangan, mengelola waktu, sumber daya dan tenaga kerja

- Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat tentang teknis konstruksi dan prosesnya

- Mampu memantau kualitas pekerjaan

- Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan berbagai pihak (Main Contractor, MK, Owner) dan menyusun laporan progres proyek secara berkala

- Memiliki kemampuan penyelesaian masalah di lapangan yang baik

- Memahami peraturan dan standar industri terkait keselamatan dan konstruksi

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

- Membaca gambar kerja

- Bekerja sebagai pengawas dan pelaksana pembangunan proyek

- Menyusun kebutuhan material dan memastikan material bangunan telah terdistribusi dengan baik di lapangan

- Memberikan instruksi kerja kepada setiap pekerja di lapangan sesuai jadwal waktu yang telah ditetapkan

- Mengawasi pekerjaan para pekerja di lapangan

- Menyusun laporan kerja secara periodik (Harian, Mingguan, Bulanan)

- Melakukan opname hasil kerja sesuai dengan pencapaian kerja di lapangan

- Menyelesaikan masalah teknis di proyek dengan efektif dan efisien
