📝 QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) (preferably in Mandarin Chinese / Chinese Literature)
- Must possess an HSK certificate (Minimum HSK 4)
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Mandarin Translator / Interpreter
- Able to drive a car and possess a valid Driver's License (SIM A)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and basic computer applications
- Disciplined, hard-working, honest, and highly proactive
- Willing to work on a 6-day workweek schedule and be based in Cikarang, West Java
💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide real-time interpretation (simultaneous / consecutive) between Chinese management/teams and local staff
- Accompany management and foreign personnel during field inspections, factory floor oversight, and visits to clients or business partners
- Translate operational documents, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), technical work instructions, daily/monthly reports, and internal regulations from Mandarin to Indonesian (and vice versa)
- Transport management and team members on business trips safely and efficiently using company vehicles
- Assist in facilitating daily administrative and communication needs for foreign personnel related to field work
- Ensure the confidentiality of company internal information, documents, and data
