Job description for Penerjemah Bahasa Jepang at PT. Transcosmos Indonesia

Follow up project request from offshore and do confirmation to the related team regarding their availability to handle the project.
Support Unit Manager in creating a weekly and monthly report.
Help Unit Manager regarding member management, and support member if there is problem happen in projects or among members.
Confirming actual workload and conduct project budget management and checking approval of billing invoice from each offshore project.
Giving guidance and support the member in term of Japanese language and checking the report before submitting to Japan.
Report project progress to manager and escalate problems that might hinder the project progress immediately.
