Kualifikasi :
- Dapat segera bergabung dan tidak terikat kontrak dengan perusahaan lain
- Berpengalaman sebagai supervisor/leader produksi manufaktur min. 3 tahun
- Mempunyai visi, kemampuan analisa dan problem solving masalah dengan baik
- Menyukai tantangan, tahan terhadap pressure pekerjaan
- Bersedia lembur jika dibutuhkan
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Klapanunggal, Kab. Bogor
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap proses awal sampai akhir produksi
- Membuat planning pekerjaan sesuai dengan target yang telah ditentukan pihak marketing
- Berkoordinasi dengan beberapa divisi produksi untuk menyelesaikan hasil yang diinginkan
- Monitoring pekerjaan setiap anggota dan memberikan evaluasi secara berkala
