Job description for Payroll Jr. Executive at PT Elabram Systems
Elabram Systems is a leading HR solutions company providing end-to-end workforce services across various industries. We are currently looking for a Payroll Jr. Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on time in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Manage payroll records, tax calculations, and statutory deductions (BPJS & PPh 21).
- Consolidate payroll data and handle tax submission (PPh 21/Coretax) including reconciliation.
- Maintain and update employee data in payroll systems (salary changes, benefits, promotions).
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with compensation, tax, and reporting regulations.
- Prepare payroll reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for internal and external purposes.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll in a professional manner.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Prepare employee-related documents (contracts, extensions, letters) and support reporting needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Payroll Specialist / Payroll Officer
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
- Strong understanding of Indonesian payroll regulations (BPJS & PPh 21)
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Able to join ASAP is highly preferable
- Have experience handle Coretax
