Job description for Payroll, Compensation & Benefit Specialist at DKT Indonesia

Tanggung Jawab

  • Mengelola proses payroll bulanan secara akurat dan tepat waktu.
  • Menghitung gaji, lembur, insentif, bonus, dan potongan karyawan.
  • Menyiapkan dan mengelola dokumen ketenagakerjaan, termasuk perjanjian kerja, perubahan data karyawan, surat-menyurat HR, serta administrasi onboarding dan offboarding.
  • Mengelola administrasi BPJS, asuransi kesehatan, asuransi jiwa, dan program benefit karyawan.
  • Menangani pendaftaran, perubahan data, klaim, serta penghentian kepesertaan BPJS dan asuransi.
  • Menyiapkan laporan payroll, pajak, BPJS, dan laporan terkait lainnya.
  • Menjaga akurasi data payroll, benefit, dan dokumen ketenagakerjaan.
  • Menangani pertanyaan karyawan terkait gaji, pajak, BPJS, benefit, dan asuransi.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan HR, Finance, konsultan payroll, BPJS, kantor pajak, dan penyedia asuransi.
  • Mengidentifikasi dan mengimplementasikan perbaikan proses payroll dan administrasi benefit.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimal S1 Human Resources, Akuntansi, Keuangan, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, dan Administrasi HR.
  • Berpengalaman mengelola BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, pajak penggajian, serta administrasi asuransi karyawan.
  • Memahami peraturan ketenagakerjaan, perpajakan, dan program jaminan sosial di Indonesia.
  • Menguasai HRIS dan sistem payroll (Talenta, SAP, Oracle, Sunfish, atau sistem sejenis).
  • Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan aplikasi pendukung pengolahan data.
  • Teliti, memiliki kemampuan analitis yang baik, dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan manajemen waktu yang baik.
  • Mampu bekerja dengan target dan tenggat waktu payroll yang ketat.
