- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll disbursements.

- Calculate, manage, and report taxes, including PPh21, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

- Handle payroll deductions, benefits, bonuses, and other payroll-related adjustments.

- Maintain and update payroll records, preparing reports and summaries as required.

- Address payroll-related queries from employees and provide assistance in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with finance and HR departments to ensure payroll aligns with organizational policies and financial requirements.

- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role, with expertise in handling PPh21 and other payroll taxes.

- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and proficiency in payroll software.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to accuracy.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
