Job description for Payment Sales Manager at CYS Global Remit Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:
- Acquire new business through various sales channels.
- Coordinate service to prospects for onboarding opportunities.
- Develop progressive relationship with prospects by regularly following up.
- Meet sales quotas through the implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Provide information of service and products needed to efficiently support and liaise with customers in a positive and effective way.
Experience:
- In-house classroom and OJT Training, skill development, and continuous support in career progression.
- Knowledge in Forex Exchange will be an advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Chinese speaking customers)
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Proficient in time management, organization and to handle multiple tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least an "O" Level
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Serve as the point of contact for assigned customers.
- Lead generation, acquisition and conversion, including early engagement.
