Job Title: Payment Operations
Job Description
• Manage and monitor payment gateway operations (e.g., DANA, Midtrans, Qpon, Flip).
• Ensure sufficient balance (deposit) is maintained across all payment channels to prevent service disruption.
• Monitor daily transactions and identify any issues or anomalies in payment processing.
• Perform transaction reconciliation between internal records and payment gateway reports.
• Investigate and resolve payment-related issues (failed, pending, duplicate transactions, etc.).
• Coordinate with payment providers/vendors for technical issues or discrepancies.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on transaction performance and balance usage.
• Provide recommendations to improve payment efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
• Deposit Monitoring: Ensure balances are always sufficient and perform timely top-ups.
• Reconciliation: Maintain accurate and consistent transaction records.
• Issue Handling: Quickly identify and resolve payment-related problems.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in payment operations, finance operations, or fintech is a plus.
• Strong understanding of payment gateways and digital payment flows.
• Experience in transaction reconciliation.
• Detail-oriented and highly accurate when working with data.
• Able to manage multiple payment channels simultaneously.
• Proficient in English (reading & writing) for communication with partners/vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
