Job description for Pattern Maker at PT Miranda Moda Indonesia
Job desc:
1. Develop accurate modest wear patterns from technical packs, design sketches, and detailed garment specifications.
2. Collaborate closely with the design team to maintain design integrity and align patterns with the creative vision.
3. Conduct live fittings and execute precise pattern revisions based on prototype samples to ensure optimal garment fit.
4. Perform grading across the full size range (S to XL+) in accordance with standardized brand measurement charts.
5. Maintain thorough and well-organized pattern documentation and technical files for smooth production handovers.
6. Coordinate with cutting and sewing operators to ensure material efficiency, stitch precision, and seamless bulk manufacturing.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in modest wear pattern making, with strong mastery of pattern drafting and manipulation techniques.
2. Proficient in CAD software (especially Optitex) for creating precise and accurate digital patterns.
3. Skilled in manual and digital pattern grading in accordance with standard size specification sheets.
4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
