Qualifications:
- Male/Female, maximum 30 years old
- Minimum vocational high school (Culinary/Hotel Management preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in pastry/bakery
- Skilled in basic pastry (cakes, desserts, bread, plating, decoration)
- Creative with a good sense of taste and presentation
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Japanese desserts / cheesecake
- Experience in restaurant or café environment
- Familiar with production targets and cost control
