Job Description
- Assist lecturers during pastry and bakery practical classes.
- Support pastry and bakery preparation and production activities.
- Ensure food safety, kitchen hygiene, and proper equipment handling.
- Assist with kitchen and practical class setup and organization.
- Support daily operations in the pastry and bakery laboratory.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Pastry & Bakery, Culinary Arts, Food Production, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Passionate about pastry and bakery.
- Familiar with basic pastry preparation and baking techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
Placement: PIB College, Jl. Pantai Nyanyi, Beraban, Tabanan (approximately 20 minutes from Canggu).
