PASTRY
• Memiliki pengalaman di pembuatan kue atau pastry, terutama yang berhubungan dengan kue tradisional Jawa
• Memiliki kemampuan dalam mengolah berbagai macam jenis kue tradisional Jawa (lemper, klepon, cucur, lapis jongkong, kue thok, onde-onde, lumpia, risoles, dll)
• Memahami manajemen bahan baku dalam pembuatan kue (pemilihan bahan yang berkualitas, efisiensi, dll)
• Memahami manajemen waktu dalam pembuatan kue
• Disiplin dan dapat menjaga kualitas product yang terbaik dengan konsisten
• Memahami hygiene sanitasi
