The Pastry Chef and Pastry Commis will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our pastry and dessert offerings. The primary responsibilities include preparing and baking a variety of traditional and modern pastries, developing new recipes that align with our restaurant’s concept, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation, and assisting in the daily operations of the pastry kitchen. The Pastry Commis will also support the Pastry Chef in organizing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen team. A strong attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious, visually appealing desserts are essential for this role.

We are looking for candidates who have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of experience in the culinary field, preferably in pastry or baking. Candidates should have a solid understanding of cooking techniques, with specific experience in candy and pastry development, Western pastry, and general baking. While formal training is an asset, we value enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
