Prepare and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Prepare, weigh and measure ingredients with accuracy
Produce pasty or baked products, especially macarons and cold desserts
Store and package ingredients cleanly and neatly
Stock count of ingredients
Store and/or package the products neatly and cleanly
Quality check of all products
Stock count of items produced and sold
Key Requirements:
2 years of work experience in the same field of work, Fresh Grads also welcome
Professional Certification
Independent, creative, polite, responsible, punctual, honest, hard worker, discipline and commitment on work
Positive Thinking
Motivated
Good Problem Solving Skill
Team Player
English speaking will be a plus
Willing to work on weekends / public holiday / overtime
Basic experience in Pastry Baking Preferred
