1. Pria/Wanita

2. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK Tata boga, D3 Perhotelan/Kuliner, Memiliki sertifikasi Pastry & Bakery

3. Pengalaman minimal 7th sebagai Pastry Chef/Pastry Cook

4. Berdomisili di Jakarta Selatan atau Tangerang Selatan

5. Menguasai pembuatan pastry, cake, tart, cookies dan berbagai jenis adonan

6. Memiliki kemampuan dekorasi kue dan pengolahan cokelat

7. Memahami food cost, perhitungan resep, serta kontrol bahan baku

8. Memahami standart kebersihan, sanitasi, dan keamanan pangan

9. Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, kreatif, teliti, komunikatif dan mampu bekerja dalam tim

10. Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan memiliki manajemen waktu yang baik

11. Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift, termasuk akhir pekan dan hari libur
