Qualifications
• Experience cooking Western, traditional cuisine, and Mediterranean with advanced knowledge of dough techniques, speed, and detail.
• Understanding of Western kitchen standards.
• Lamination and doughs, proofing, baking, desserts and pastry, cream and sauces.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimise workflow and efficiency.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Clean, organized, and punctual. Super Important!
• Responsible and committed to their role.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Work Location: Pecatu, Bali (Candidates living nearby are preferred.)
