Job description for Pastry Assistant at e+e coffee & kitchen
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Having experience in the same field of at least 1 years in the same field is preferred
- Minimum high school/vocational education. Graduates from hospitality or culinary arts are preferred
- Max. 35 years old
- Can communicate in English is preferred
- Easy to adapt and have good communication
- Active and initiative
JOBDESK:
- Preparing ingredients, weighing, and basic operations.
- Assist pastry chef in making cakes, cookies, and desserts.
- Assisting in pastry production of basic cakes such as cream, filling, and cake decorations
- Maintaining cleanliness in the work area
- Proper storage of ingredients and finished products
- Team collaboration
- Following SOPs and quality standards
