Faye Coffee & Eatery in Pamulang and Faye Privé Coffee & Kitchen in Cipete are growing café and lifestyle brands. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and eager to learn individuals to join our team as Part-Time Baristas.
About the Role
As a Part-Time Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving quality coffee and beverages while creating a pleasant experience for our guests. You will work closely with the outlet team to maintain product quality, cleanliness, and smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate coffee machines and other beverage equipment properly.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.
- Welcome customers and assist with beverage recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
- Monitor and manage beverage ingredients and stock availability.
- Coordinate with the server and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Support daily outlet operations as needed.
Requirements
- Male or Female, preferably maximum 26 years old.
- Minimum high school or vocational school graduate (SMA/SMK).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar beverage preparation role.
- Familiarity with espresso-based drinks, coffee machines, and basic brewing techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work according to the part-time schedule arranged by the company.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to be assigned to both outlets: Faye Coffee & Eatery (Pamulang) and Faye Privé Coffee & Kitchen (Cipete).
