About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic female professional (maximum 31 years old) to join our team as a Partnerships & Collaborations Executive. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building meaningful connections, planning impactful events, and executing collaborative campaigns that drive real business results. You will play a key role in expanding our brand’s reach by initiating strategic partnerships with institutions, brands, and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential partners that align with the company’s values and business objectives.
- Develop creative and effective partnership strategies to support brand growth and engagement.
- Plan and execute joint events and campaigns that boost visibility, attract new audiences, and increase revenue.
- Represent the brand at events, networking functions, and meetings to foster collaboration and promote the company.
- Conduct ongoing research to discover market trends, community opportunities, and partnership leads.
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines for all partnership activities and collaborative events.
- Maintain accurate records of partner contacts, ongoing initiatives, and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Female, max. 31 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in partnership management, community building, event development, or a related role. Experience in the service industry is a plus.
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication (Bahasa Indonesia & English), and relationship-building.
- Proven ability to plan and execute events and partnership campaigns.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Personality: Proactive, creative, personable, and goal-oriented, with strong initiative.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Partnership Acquisition
Target: Secure at least 2 new collaborations per quarter with aligned institutions and brands.
2. Event Collaboration
Target: Organize at least 1 successful event every 6 months (min. 50–100 potential attendees).
3. Revenue Contribution
Target: Drive monetizable collaborations (e.g., co-branded events, sponsorships) contributing to quarterly revenue targets.
