Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented DCB Operations & Partnership Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) business. This role will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, preparing operational reports, analyzing transaction data, and identifying new business opportunities by acquiring and managing DCB partners.
1. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Digital Payments, Telecommunications, Fintech, VAS, or DCB-related industries.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and advanced reporting functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Fresh Graduates are very welcome.
2. Job Responsibilities
- Approach and onboard new potential partners by offering Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) payment solutions to expand business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyse sales revenue, transaction volume, and performance metrics of partners and telco operator, including identifying increases and declines in sales to optimize business strategies.
- Develop and maintain existing partnerships and help drive partner growth by providing insights and recommending strategic initiatives, such as joint campaigns with telco operators.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for each telco and update the top five performing games and key sales trends.
- Prepare monthly Berita Acara (BA) documents for partners, coordinate the review and approval process with manager, and submit the finalized BA to partners for invoice issuance.
