We are looking for a proactive, organized, and communicative professional to join our team as a Partnership Manager & Executive Assistant to the General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and business associates.
- Assist the General Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and business correspondence.
- Support partnership development and networking activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Attend business meetings, networking events, and industry-related activities.
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely execution of projects and agreements.
Requirements
- Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Experience in administration, partnerships, sales, hospitality, or related fields is an advantage.
