We're looking for a Partnership Executive to build and grow strategic collaborations with companies and institutions across health insurance, brand, and event partnerships.
Job Description
- Conduct prospecting and market mapping to build a quality partnership pipeline (Corporate & Brand Partnership)
- Build and manage strategic relationships with HR/Talent/Compensation & Benefit/General Affairs teams and other relevant stakeholders
- Identify partner needs for Employee Dental Benefit, Employee Wellness Program, Health Insurance Benefit, Health Talk, and other value-added initiatives
- Plan and execute partnership activities such as Office Visits, Community Events, Exhibitions, Sponsorships, and Brand Collaborations
- Optimize existing partner performance and utilization
- Own partnership pipeline, activation, and patient acquisition targets; prepare data-driven reports and recommendations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, or B2B Sales
- Experience managing Corporate, Brand, or Event Partnerships from prospecting to implementation
- Strong network with HR/Human Capital/Compensation & Benefit or General Affairs stakeholders is a plus
- Prior experience in Healthcare, Health Insurance, Employee Benefit, or Corporate Wellness industries preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills
- Commercial mindset, proactive, and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
