Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain partnerships with dentists, dental clinics, and associations
2. Manage partnership activations, collaborations, and endorsement programs
3. Coordinate educational initiatives and joint promotional activities
4. Explore new business opportunities aligned with brand positioning
5. Build long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders
6. Support dentist community engagement and networking activities
7. Coordinate with marketing and PR teams for partnership campaigns
8. Track partnership performance and activation results
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
2. 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related field
3. Experience managing partnerships or collaborations with dentists, dental clinics, or healthcare professionals
4. Strong networking and relationship-building skills
5. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
6. Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
7. Organized, proactive, and target-oriented
8. Experience in the healthcare, dental, beauty, FMCG, or e-commerce industry is a plus
9. Strong logical thinking, business awareness, and problem-solving skills
