The company provides padel courts, coaching programs, social matches, tournaments, and supporting sports services designed for both beginner and professional players.

Main Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with padel communities, brands, sponsors, and corporate partners
- Develop strategic partnerships to grow the Far East Padel ecosystem and increase brand visibility
- Organize and manage padel community activities such as social matches, tournaments, clinics, and special events
- Create engagement programs to strengthen member experience and community loyalty
- Coordinate with coaches, players, influencers, and media partners for collaborations and campaigns
- Identify new business and partnership opportunities within the sports and lifestyle industry
- Support marketing initiatives through community-driven activations and events
- Monitor partnership performance and community growth, including reporting and feedback analysis
Requirements
- Minimum a year of experience in partnerships, community management, events, or sports-related industries
- Strong passion and understanding of padel, sports, or lifestyle communities
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Experienced in organizing events and managing collaborations
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sports environment
- Familiar with social media, community engagement, and partnership activation strategies
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and tournament days if required.
