Position: Partner Technical Account

About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative individual with strong communication skills, business-oriented mindset, and passion for digital products and financial technology to join our Digital Product & Payment team.
As a Partner Technical Account, you will play an important role as the key connection between the company and strategic partners, ensuring seamless implementation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of digital services.
You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams including Product, IT, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Business teams to support the growth of digital ecosystems through various partner channels such as banking, fintech, marketplace, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the main PIC for partner implementation and digital service development.
- Manage the end-to-end partner integration lifecycle, including requirement gathering, scope definition, development coordination, testing, and go-live process.
- Create and maintain implementation roadmap aligned with business priorities and strategic goals.
- Coordinate with Product, IT Development, QA, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage communication and relationship with external partners throughout implementation and operational activities.
- Monitor action items, issues, and enhancement requests to ensure completion according to SLA.
- Monitor service performance and transaction activities across partner channels.
- Identify opportunities for business process optimization, user experience improvement, and transaction growth.
- Prepare regular reports related to partner performance, project progress, and implementation status.
- Support new partner onboarding and enhancement of existing digital services.
Requirements : - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Understand API integration concepts and digital ecosystem.
- Minimum 1 year experience in managing digital product implementation with external stakeholders.
- Familiar with SIT, UAT, and production rollout processes.
- Understand digital transaction flow and financial technology services is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in coordinating projects involving technical and business teams.
- Preferably experienced in banking, fintech, payment, or digital financial services industries.
- Experience handling integration with banks, marketplaces, fintech, or digital platforms is a plus.
- Familiar with API integration and open ecosystem concepts.
